§ 8.01-465.13:9 Uniformity of interpretation

In applying and construing this uniform act, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.

History

This law was first created in 2014. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 462 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year.
