This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Assignment of Salary, Wages, or Income.” It is part of Chapter 18.1 “Assignments For Benefit Of Creditors”, which is part of Title 8.01 “Civil Remedies and Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
