Special Receivers

This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Special Receivers.” It is part of Chapter 22 “Receivers, General and Special”, which is part of Title 8.01 “Civil Remedies and Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.

§ 8.01-591	Notice required prior to appointment of receiver
§ 8.01-592	Notice not required in emergencies
§ 8.01-593	Subsequent proceedings after emergency appointment
§ 8.01-594	Notice not required to parties served with process
§ 8.01-595	Preparation of list of creditors; notice to them
