This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “The Petition.” It is part of Chapter 26 “Appeals to the Supreme Court”, which is part of Title 8.01 “Civil Remedies and Procedure”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 8.01-674	With whom filed; endorsement thereon; reference to justice or justices; when deemed to be filed
§ 8.01-675	Repealed
§ 8.01-675.1	When dismissal final; when reinstated
§ 8.01-675.2	Rehearing
