§ 8.11-108 Presumption that rule of law continues unchanged

Unless a change in law has clearly been made, the provisions of this act of 1973 shall be deemed declaratory of the meaning of Titles 8.1 through 8.9 as amended through 1972.

History

This law was first created in 1973. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 509 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1973 “Acts” aren’t available online.

1973, c. 509.
