This is Part 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Warehouse Receipts and Bills of Lading: General Obligations.” It is part of Title 8.7 “Commercial Code — Warehouse Receipts, Bills of Lading and Other Documents of Title”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 8.7-401	Irregularities in issue of receipt or bill or conduct of issuer
§ 8.7-402	Duplicate receipt or bill; overissue
§ 8.7-403	Obligation of bailee to deliver; excuse
§ 8.7-404	No liability for good faith delivery pursuant to receipt or bill
