This is Subpart 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Effectiveness and Attachment.” It is part of Part 2 “Effectiveness of Security Agreement; Attachment of Security Interest; Rights of Parties to Security Agreement”, which is part of Title 8.9A “Commercial Code — Secured Transactions”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
