This is Article 13 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Crisis Intervention Teams.” It is part of Chapter 1 “Department of Criminal Justice Services”, which is part of Title 9.1 “Commonwealth Public Safety”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.
