This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Law-Enforcement Expenditures.” It is part of Chapter 1 “Department of Criminal Justice Services”, which is part of Title 9.1 “Commonwealth Public Safety”.

It’s comprised of the following 8 sections.
