This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions for Certain Officers and Employees.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Local Government Personnel, Qualification for Office, Bonds, Dual Office Holding and Certain Local Government Officers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 31 laws.
