This is Chapter 9 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Enforcement Of Subtitle Ii; Jurisdiction.” It is part of Title 28.2, titled “Fisheries And Habitat Of The Tidal Waters.” It is part of Subtitle II, titled “Tidal Fisheries.” It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.
