This is Chapter 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Definitions And General Provisions.” It is part of Title 33.2, titled “Highways And Other Surface Transportation Systems.” It is part of Subtitle I, titled “General Provisions And Transportation Entities.” It’s comprised of the following 20 sections.
