This is Chapter 16 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Rail Funds.” It is part of Title 33.2, titled “Highways And Other Surface Transportation Systems.” It is part of Subtitle III, titled “Transportation Funding And Development.” It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
