Abandoned Mine Reclamation

This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Abandoned Mine Reclamation.” It is part of Title 45.1, titled “Mines And Mining.” It is part of Chapter 19, titled “Virginia Coal Surface Mining Control And Reclamation Act Of 1979.” It’s comprised of the following 12 sections.
