This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Lights and Turn Signals.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Motor Vehicle and Equipment Safety”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 38 laws.
