This is Chapter 40 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Pawnbrokers.” It is part of Title 54.1, titled “Professions And Occupations.” It is part of Subtitle V, titled “Occupations Regulated By Local Governing Bodies.” It’s comprised of the following 14 sections.
