This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Deeds and Acknowledgments of Corporations.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Recordation of Documents”, which is part of Subtitle II “Real Estate Settlements and Recordation”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”. It contains 3 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 55.1-624	Deeds of corporations; how to be executed and acknowledged
§ 55.1-625	Acknowledgments on behalf of corporations and others
§ 55.1-626	Corporate acknowledgment taken before officer or stockholder
