This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Landlord Remedies.” It is part of Title 55, titled “Property And Conveyances.” It is part of Chapter 13.2, titled “Virginia Residential Landlord And Tenant Act.” It’s comprised of the following 14 sections.
