Eligibility Criteria

This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Eligibility Criteria.” It is part of Title 60.2, titled “Unemployment Compensation.” It is part of Chapter 6, titled “Benefits.” It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.

Benefits not denied to individuals in training with approval of Commission

Service required during immediately preceding benefit year in which individual received benefits

Benefits based on employment by state or political subdivision, certain hospitals, educational institutions and charitable, etc., organizations
§ 60.2-616
Benefits based on services in connection with sports
§ 60.2-617
Benefits denied to certain aliens
§ 60.2-618
