Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act

This is Article 2.5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.” It is part of Title 62.1, titled “Waters Of The State, Ports And Harbors.” It is part of Chapter 3.1, titled “State Water Control Law.” It’s comprised of the following 14 sections.
