Background Checks

This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Background Checks.” It is part of Title 63.2, titled “Welfare (social Services).” It is part of Subtitle IV, titled “Licensure.” It is part of Chapter 17, titled “Licensure And Registration Procedures.” It’s comprised of the following 13 sections.
