Persons Presumed Dead

This is Chapter 23 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Persons Presumed Dead.” It is part of Title 64.2, titled “Wills, Trusts, And Fiduciaries.” It is part of Subtitle V, titled “Provisions Applicable To Probate And Nonprobate Transfers..” It’s comprised of the following 10 sections.
