Miscellaneous Provisions

This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Miscellaneous Provisions.” It is part of Title 8.01, titled “Civil Remedies And Procedure.” It is part of Chapter 21.1, titled “Medical Malpractice.” It’s comprised of the following 10 sections.
