General Provisions for Judicial Sales

This is Article 11 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions for Judicial Sales.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Actions”, which is part of Title 8.01 “Civil Remedies and Procedure”. It contains 18 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 18 sections.

§ 8.01-100 Liability of clerk for false certificate or failure to give bond
