This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Public Health and Safety; Nuisances.” It is part of Chapter 9 “General Powers of Local Governments”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 49 laws.
