Health Practitioners' Monitoring Program

This is Chapter 25.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Health Practitioners' Monitoring Program.” It is part of Title 54.1, titled “Professions And Occupations.” It is part of Subtitle III, titled “Professions And Occupations Regulated By Boards Within The Department Of Health Professions.” It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

Health Practitioners' Monitoring Program Committee; certain meetings, decisions to be excepted from the Freedom of Information Act; confidentiality of records; immunity from liability

Investigation by Department or other authorized official; prosecution for violations of law
