This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Licenses.” It is part of Title 28.2, titled “Fisheries And Habitat Of The Tidal Waters.” It is part of Subtitle II, titled “Tidal Fisheries.” It is part of Chapter 4, titled “Use Of Purse Nets For Taking Menhaden.” It’s comprised of the following 14 sections.
